Welcome to the course “Entrepreneurship: Identifying Your Target Audience”, created by leading experts from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and translated into Ukrainian especially for you.
It’s time to consider the issues related to the size of the target market – how to define it correctly and why you shouldn’t stop at the initial segmentation. We will take a closer look at methods of calculating TOM (total market size), and analyse the relatively high and low end of the market.
